Second Chance Plants is a full pop-up garden center, selling overstock plants & garden supplies at prices up to 50% cheaper than big box stores. The pop-up garden center will be located in the back parking lot behind Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood House. They will be open 7 days a week through June 15th.
Their hours are as follows:
M-Fย 9am to 6pm
Saturdaysย 8am to 6pm
Sundaysย 8am to 4pm
This location is replacing the Towson location from last year.
