Second Chance Plants is a full pop-up garden center, selling overstock plants & garden supplies at prices up to 50% cheaper than big box stores.
A soft opening will launch on March 14th. The Grand Opening will be on March 20th! The pop-up garden center will be located in the back parking lot behind Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood House. They will be open 7 days a week through June 15th.
This location is replacing the Towson location from last year.
