Tots@10:00
Tots 10:00 is a program developed for families with pre-school aged children and the adults that they bring with them. As part of these events, our business partners have the opportunity to host fun activities for children and engage with parents to get their brand in front of families in attendance. Tots@10:00 is scheduled the 1st Thursday of the month – April through October from 10am to 12pm and in 2025 had an estimated attendance of 2,500 per event.

THE AVENUE LIVE
THE AVENUE LIVE is a concert series that occurs during the summer months on Friday & Saturday evenings. The 2026 series runs June through August 29th (25 total concerts). Music fans from the greater Baltimore area (30 mile radius) attend to sing, dance, and enjoy outdoor dining at our many restaurants and eateries. In 2025, this series had an estimated 1000 people in attendance per concert.

THE AVENUE at White Marsh’s Annual Holiday Parade
A Baltimore County premiere community event and celebration of the holiday season! This parade includes local government officials, high school marching bands, street performers, mascots, dance troupes, community organizations and more! An estimated 10,000 to 15,000 spectators and participants join us for this celebration. Sponsorship monies will help continue our long standing tradition of financially supporting the fundraising efforts of the high school marching bands that participate in the parade.

Annual Holiday Tree Lighting
Lighting our 40ft Holiday Tree is one of our biggest and tallest holiday events! An estimated 10,000 spectators come to witness the tree light up THE AVENUE every November. Your support helps us continue these beloved traditions for our community.
